Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all services offered by Mas els Igols SCP (The Soul Farm). By accessing our website (www.elsigols.com), using our applications, or making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Booking Conditions
Reservations can be made online, by phone, email, or through any platform representing us. A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit is paid.
1. To confirm a reservation, a 40% deposit is required. The booking is confirmed upon receipt of this payment.
2. The remaining 60% must be paid two months before arrival. If payment is not received within two weeks of this deadline, the booking will be canceled.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations, including those due to force majeure, are subject to this policy.
Security Deposit
The house will be delivered clean and in optimal condition. A cash deposit of €400 is required upon arrival and will be refunded at check-out. Any damages caused by you or your guests will be deducted from this deposit. If damages exceed €400, the additional cost will be charged to you.
Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: 17:00–23:00 on the day of arrival.
• Check-out: 11:00 on departure day.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an extra charge of up to one night’s stay.
Cleaning
The house will be delivered clean and in perfect condition.
For stays of four nights or more, an additional cleaning service can be included.
House Rules
• Always lock the house when leaving.
• Parties or gatherings that could disturb others are not allowed.
• Outdoor noise above 50dB is not permitted after 22:00, as the house is in a protected natural area.
• Smoking indoors is strictly forbidden. A €250 cleaning fee per room will be charged if guests smoke inside.
• The house is for the exclusive use of registered guests. Maximum occupancy is 15 people.
• Pets are welcome if they are well-behaved and do not disturb others. Dogs classified as dangerous under Spanish law must comply with regulations.
